If we are provided with your email address at checkout, you will be sent a tracking number for your package. If you’d like to have further info or didn’t provide an email, please contact us directly.

Multiple Delivery Attempts

If your package is not signed for (by an adult) after the 3rd delivery attempt, you will be fiscally responsible for all ship backs and returns. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a commercial business as your shipping address.

Benefits of Using a Commercial Delivery Address

We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Wine orders require the signature of an adult.
