It’s time to quench your thirst. Salt. Mineral. Citrus. Crisp. White.
I don’t think we’ve ever made a white wine that exuded the essence of summer in such a distinctive way. The Picpoul and Grenache Blanc were sourced from TH Estate and Fulldraw; both sites are planted on soils with tremendous amounts of limestone and shale. We fermented the juice cold and aged it in a single concrete egg for 4 months. The concrete vessel highlighted the chalky minerality of the Willow Creek District soils. Bottled with minimal effective sulfur and tons of love.
EL PASO DE ROBLES ROSÉ
The objective of this mission is plain and simple – built for speed and crushability, let it rip. Aged in stainless steel and neutral french oak barriques for 4 months & hand picked from Levo, Fulldraw, and Jack Creek vineyards. The perfect pairing is an ice bucket, a large body of water, and friends. Just don’t forget your corkscrew and sunscreen 🙂
