PURPOSE
Thoughtful agriculture is the cornerstone of Levo Vineyard.
Our 17-acre CCOF organic vineyard in Paso Robles’ Willow Creek District is farmed with regenerative practices that prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and an attitude of long-term stewardship – To protect this land as a living entity and leave it better for future generations. We rely on cover crops, grazing animals, and a diverse vineyard ecosystem to build resilience naturally.
We’ve chosen Mediterranean varieties that thrive with little irrigation and present a great opportunity towards water preservation. Each year it is our mission to leave our soils healthier and more biodiverse. The wines are an honest reflection of that work.
The Levo Vineyard has a natural rawness about it – a sense that it isn’t, and never will be, totally domesticated. It is truly a forest vineyard, feral, untamed and naturally produces wines that follow suit.

WARM REGARDS GRENACHE
This wine is a natural beauty: Pure. Vivid. Ultraviolet.
Handpicked early to capture bright aromas, vibrant flavors, and a balance that dances on the palate, this Grenache leads with charm and depth. This blend reflects our dedication to letting the land guide our choices. Fermented in stainless steel and small bins, pressed gently, and aged in French oak demi-muids, this wine is bottled unfiltered with the utmost care.
WARM REGARDS SYRAH
This is Syrah at its finest: Warm Regards Syrah is a bold expression of everything we love about this varietal. With 84% Syrah at the helm, supported by Petite Sirah, Grenache, and Graciano, it’s muscular, stoic, and full of depth. Aged for 17 months in a mix of new, once-used, and neutral French oak barriques, this wine reveals layers of intrigue and mystery. It’s structured yet refined, with bold tannins and a long, elegant finish.
